“I was swinging back and forth on the monkey bars, and fell backwards on my back. I knew I was hurt right away, because it hurt a lot. My friend took me to the sick bay. I was holding my arm close to my body. I don’t know how long I was there, and then my mum picked me up to take me to the doctors. They looked at my arm and talked about the what the bones were called, so it would take my mind of my arm. Then they took me to the x-ray room. They made me move my in places that really hurt. Then they looked at the x-rays and said I had broken my arm. We got to look at the x-rays, it was was pretty cool. Then I got my temporary cast on. They gave a sling to put around my neck. Then after all that we went to go and pick up my brother and sister.
